John Paulsen-Retired: At 73 years old and his whole career as an elevator mechanic, John can tell you a lot just by riding your elevator. He can guide you on ways to improve your equipment with out spending alot of money. John is also a proud grandparent

Tom Jodry: Over 25 years experience working for all the major companies, he is a talented mechanic.

Joel Paulsen:  16 years of industry experience.  From new construction all the way to service, he is well versed in all models of elevators.

Ben Rigalado: 6 years industry experience. Ben comes from a family of elevator mechanics. Ben is a natural fit and does the work of a mechanic with many years of experince.

Mark Anderson: Mark is a junior in the Clackamas school district. Mark works in our shop organizing and sorting parts. Mark does deliveries of parts to the jobs.

Lue Brothers: Our bookkeeper and proud grandparent.

Darrin Shurtz: Darrin has decades of experience with A-Lift Elevator.

Tom Schwenzer: Tom has a construction background and is an experienced sales manager. Tom is detail oreinted, and ensures customer satisfaction.

John Paulsen: "Andy" is the oldest son and our dad started the tradition with him, of taking his boys going to work with him at the young age of 14. Andy earned his allowance by sorting elevator parts. As Andy grew older he learned many skill including manufacturing of elevator gates and obsolete, no longer available parts. Today Andy is well versed in all facets of mechanics from old elevators to modern stairchairs. Andy is a third generation mechanic, third generation business owner.

Dawn Paulsen: Dawn is a welcome new addition to the family as well as the family business. Dawn is the sales manager for Washington. Dawn is very detail oriented with strong orginazational skills.
